Your contribution to TenneT

How do you keep the Netherlands powered? As a proactive and service-oriented Governance & Operations Manager you will strengthen our governance and operational efficiency for our TenneT Reinsurance N.V. 

You will work closely with the Management Board (3 people) and external partners to support governance and improvement initiatives, operations, and audit processes, contributing to the overall operational excellence of our captive.

You will:

·        Drive governance excellence by developing process documentation, maintain internal control documentation, supporting regulatory initiatives (e.g. DORA), and maintaining statutory & company records.

·        Support strategic business development and financial operations, including quarterly liquidity forecasts and feasibility studies for potential new business and decision-making.

·        Coordinate and support the external audit and reporting processes in alignment with TenneT Group.

·        Ensure seamless collaboration with internal and external stakeholders such as the captive manager, key functions and external auditor, e.g. to prepare board meetings.

·        Work closely with the Management Board, track key performance indicators, and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in and audit, advisory, or consulting firm
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, MS Teams, SharePoint and ideally iBabs.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Process/Project Management, or Industrial Engineering.

Competencies

  • Team player with a strong service orientation.
  • Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
  • Able to maintain oversight and structure.
  • Clear and effective communication skills and self-starting.

Languages

  • Fluent in English (mandatory); Dutch and/or German are an asset.

In this way, we maintain financial and non-financial data that are suitable for TenneT's reporting needs. We maintain the financial heart of TenneT through effective and efficient data collection and transaction processing.

We offer you:
  • A contract for a period of 3 years based on 40 hours per week with the possibility of extension
  • A salary in scale 9: € 4100 to € 9182 per month with 8% holiday allowance and 6% year-end bonus.
  • A solid pension via ABP: we pay 70% of your premium.
