How do you keep the Netherlands powered? As a Finance Project Controller, you are responsible for ensuring up-to-date reporting and being the gatekeeper for the project budget forecast, actuals, and risk budget. Additionally, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting and challenging the team concerning forecasts and IPP, and aggregating the quality-assured budget/forecast.
- Setting up timely and adequate management reports, such as decision, change requests, and exception reports.
- Ensuring compliance with the regulatory framework, accounting standards, and TenneT governance framework.
- Acting as a back-up for the FPA.
- Calculating budgets and creating approval documents for the Project Steering Group, such as risk release and change requests.
- Serving as the SPOC for supplier issues and providing an interface to contract and claim management for the respective parts of the projects
Your profile and background

- Relevant HBO/WO education (NL), vocational training in business administration with advanced qualification in controlling, or a university degree in finance/business administration or commercial graduate in business administration or relevant experience.
- At least 3 years of work experience in controlling/accounting, including knowledge of IFRS.
- Experience in projects - commercial and construction
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Knowledge of (large) construction projects is an advantage.
- Practical experience with Teams, and MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and SAP.
- Data modeling – bridging technical IT skills to data is an advantage
