You will be part of the Management Services team, consisting of twelve colleagues. Together, you will work on the integrated security management the division Operate an essential task for a stable and sustainable energy supply. As Operate we are responsible for operating the electricity system as well as ensuring a well functioning electricity market. Within the team management services we are responsible for ensuring that the processes within System Operations are functioning according to our standards (ISO 9001 and ISO 270001). We are a team that of advisors that develop and implement on different areas and one of these is in Security Management (ISO 270001).
You will be responsible for:
- Develops the specific guidance for security risk management based on organization’s strategic security policies and translates these into tactical policies and goals
- Monitors the activities of the organization and advises on projects and tactical and operational management as part of the implementation of security policies and guidelines
- Advises on formulating and implementing appropriate security risk management measures and security controls
- Establishes the capability to direct and monitor security from an E2E process and unit perspective (tactical governance)
- Plans and supports security risk management activities such as risk assessments and workshops, control effectiveness reporting, etc.
Your profile and background

Your background:
- Five plus years of relevant working experience in information security risk management
- Good knowledge of frameworks like ISO 27001 and COSO
- Good language skills verbal and in written form in Dutch [B2 level] and English are a necessity
- Team player with people strong influencing skills with a positive mindset that seeks opportunities
- Experience in the energy system is a pre.

- A permanent contract with a two-month probation period, based on 40 hours per week;
- Salary on scale 8; €4.276 - €8.443 per month (based on 40 hours), including annual bonuses and a 70% pension contribution;
